In case you didn’t catch it, the lovely folks at DICE unveiled the very first episode in the Battlefield 3 Fault Line video series, (Check it out here! You’ll thank us later.), and it’s such a doozie of a trailer with so much action and intensity, there may be some fine details you may have missed. Luckily, Off Duty Gamers has a full breakdown of Fault Line Episode I and it’s filled with a nice overview and analysis of the smaller things you may have missed, and it makes for a fascinating read.
Everything from the opening moments to the explosive finale are methodically dissected, with solid information about how the military works to back up their expert assessment. The Off Duty Gamers editors even went so far as to determine the exact location of the Marine unit by studying a map in-game and finding its real-world counterpart, and that's just one of many details discussed.
